Career and Talent Development Forum

17 May 2007

Regents College, London

Managing Your Talent… and who is in control?

Attention:   Business Leaders, Executives, Educators, HR and Career Professionals

The UK forum - the last in the series - will be in May 2007.  We will pick up where The Hague left off, using a mix of case studies, research, and contributions from key thinkers in the field of workplace learning.  We know there is good TM practice out there.  What we want to know now is where are the holes?  We need to explore the challenges facing organisations and the blocks to successful implementation.  What is the role of the manager in all of this?  What are the differences between the psychological contract of past and future?  And finally, to explore the individual’s story of navigating TM processes and practices.

Join us on 17 May and take advantage of these key sessions:-

Invite your clients and other professional peers to take the opportunity to build relationships and gain valuable knowledge.  The event will be held at:-
